implementing changes in development projects or personal development. He himself
started his business and management experience from the scratch, gathered valuable
experience in real situations in B2B sales, creating development projects and managing
them. During his experience, he soon learned that business and management are his life
and that is why he is actively engaged with them and in their improvement every day.
Petra Vajčnerová | Partner-Business development
Petra has worked in business for more than 15 years and she enjoys helping teams
and individuals on their way to success. She performed as sales representative, sales
trainer, area sales manager and training manager in a multinational pharmaceutical firm
which gave her complete overview and practical knowledge of the real business. She
multiplied her practical knowledge as a consultant, trainer and coach in a consulting
company where she managed change projects to help many sales representatives,
managers, teams and whole companies. She conducted hundreds of days of trainings,
workshops and coaching.
Monika Dolejšová | Office manager
Monika has worked as a development project coordinator and office support for four
years. She probed into acquisition sales and direct communication with clients.
Today, as the Office manager, she is responsible for all the office activities and support
processes, Project management and Supply Chain management. She also administers
Web Survey Tool software and the set-up of cut-offs and their administration.
